Anyone can submit news, articles and photos, as long as Rules and Regulations and Submission Guidelines are STRICTLY followed.
01. The article or news submitted has a strict word limit of 500 words.
02. The story, article or news submitted should be written in good readable English language.
03. No bad, vulgar or abuse words, language and phrases or threats will be allowed in the article or news submitted. Editors have the right to remove any objectionable item if found. Should any reader find any such objectionable words, can, please bring it to the notice of the editors.
04. NO PERSONAL ATTACKS. NO RELIGION, GENDER, CASTE, COLOR, CREED OR NATIONALITY BASHING .
05. NO SPAMMING.
06.The articles will be uploaded in the same name as submitted. Should anyone prefer to use another name can please specify the name to be used as a byline. If you wish or desire, your personal contact number or email address can be given besides their names / byline.
07. An individual cannot submit the same news or article twice, written in different angles.
08. Please refrain from submitting false news and articles and please do keep the sentiments of the readers in mind.
09. White Drums is NOT a personal blog or PR machinery; but a website for sharing genuine news and articles. It is a platform for global citizen reporting.
10. Please check the language, grammar and facts before submitting the news, reports and articles.
11. Do not post copyrighted content without permission. Do not invade the privacy of others.
12. Anyone wishing to submit photos can do so preferably using the gif or jpg or jpeg format. Maximum of 3 photos will be used for any news related article and maximum two for other articles. Each photo will have to be submitted with a caption. Unsolicited photos will be rejected.
13. ALL SUBMISSIONS WILL BE SUBMITTED AS INLINE TEXT MATTER. Please do NOT submit the news and articles as an attached file. It will be rejected if sent as an attached file. Only photos will be accepted as attachment.
14. Please specify the category you wish to place your news or article. Those articles that fall out of the range of the categories mentioned may have lesser chance of its upload.
15. Those submitting news and reports are supported on voluntary basis and should not expect any monetary gain from it or from the owners of whitedrums.com. The final decision regarding the content lies with the owners and editors of White Drums.
