A germ that became a seed that in turn became a plant to be grown into a sizeable tree. That’s how whitedrums.com started. It is still a nurturing plant that has all the ingredients of a large tree that can last forever.

The germ of the seed got implanted in the brains of the editor-in-chief Dhara Kothari, a professional writer based in Mumbai (Bombay). The germ grew out of frustration of not being able to print factual news and information for the readers. The lack of true democracy in journalism spurned the idea, the seed into starting an e-newspaper that is open to all to write and share news from any part of the universe. Journalistic news, reporting, photos, etc to be shared with one and all.

That seed was own by the owner of whitedrums.com, Biren Shah, an equally enthusiastic man who made sure the sapling was nurtured into a plant that stands today.

Now these members need your environmental support to help grow this plant into a tree. Come, write and support this plant by spreading the information and encouraging others to write and help the plant to grow into a fine, strong tree that can help the global community in the future.

Citizen Journalism/Reporting is the future, come be a part of this huge tree of tomorrow.

A- We strive to give the truth. However, we are unable to verify all the news and articles that are sent to us. Yet we try our best to make sure they are as accurate as possible. If a reader were to point out any mistake in news reporting or fraud, we would take immediate action.

Q – Does whitedrums.com pay the writers?

A- Unfortunately NO! This is citizen journalism and reporting platform and not a commercial news media venture.

We strongly suggest every new writer to check the submission guideline and also to follow the basic rules of writing.

You can now log in and submit news directly. You can technically submit the news or article on word file and attach photos if any on the submission form in the submission section. Please submit the photos preferably in jpg format and videos with smaller file sizes or flash files.
