A 2 day workshop of ‘Catharsis of the Soul’,(COS) aimed at Enhancing the Emotional Quotient of Professionals, Teachers, College Students, HR personnel, on 22nd and 23rd Dec 2007 in Bandra (W), Mumbai 400 050. Leena Prabhoo will conduct the Workshop.

COS assists people in shedding “unwanted excess baggage” within their souls, giving them an opportunity to make room for positive and life enriching experiences to fill their being.

A culmination of various techniques is consolidated in COS spanning over a period of about 15 hours.

A deep study of human nature and its emotional evolution forms the basis of this workshop. Teachings from Hinduism, Christianity, Islam, Buddhism and various “religions” are incorporated here. Existential Therapy, Psychoanalysis, Free Association Techniques, Beliefs of people from Multi Cultural and Multi Racial backgrounds, Logical Analysis, Documented and Un Documented Data, Personal Experiences, Spiritualism has been complied into meaningful content for this Workshop. Participants learn to equip themselves with mechanisms that root out negativism from their system and open doors for positive transformation, internally and externally. They are able to maximize their potential in their personal and professional lives.

Emotional Quotient of participants is enhanced by identifying and eliminating detrimental thought processes and introducing proactive behavior modification techniques to maximize ones potential.
