18th Shodh Yatra organised by SRISTI, from 26 December 2006 to 03 January 2007

We are happy to invite you to participate in the 18th Shodh Yatra organised by SRISTI, from 26 December 2006 to 03 January 2007 which will take place from Gangaragh (Bulandshahr) to Daula (Bhagpat) in the state of Uttar Pradesh, India.

May I request to confirm your participation in the yatra at shodhyatra@sristi.org and mark a copy to ramesh@sristi.org

Please bring bed sheet, tumbler, plate, etc. with you. Though a first aid box will be arranged, the yatris are expected to bring particular medicines, if they use any.

Participants are expected to bear their own travel and food expenses.

The main station of Gangagarh is Khurja. Khurja is located on NH 91 between Ghaziabad and Aligargh, The distance of Khurja from Delhi is 85 Km and from Aligarh is 46 km. Direct buses are available from Delhi (Anand Vihar Inter State Bus Terminal), Aligarh, Agra, Ghaziabad and other cities of west UP. Khurja is also connected by train also. For Gangagarh, private buses from Khurja (Pahasu Bus Stand) via Pahasu are available at every 30 minuets interval. The distance of Gangagarh from Kurja is 28 km.
